Graham is actively recruiting for a Quality Coordinator supporting the Buildings Division providing assistance and support to senior project staff (Project Managers, Superintendents, etc.) in the coordination, reporting, and Quality functions of a project. This is a task-based role that works with the core elements of construction projects and the tools and processes of quality management systems
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
Support implementation and maintenance of the Project Specific Quality Plan (PSQP) across the project site as well as Project Quality Risk Assessment (PQRA) is conducted upon awarding of a project.Develop, update, and coordinate Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), including identifying required inspection forms and incorporating project risk assessments.Conduct site inspections and field verification activities, including random quality checks and participation in third party inspections/testing.Assist in managing and tracking the Deficiency Management Process, including FSRs, CARs, and NCRs.Facilitate subcontractor and worker quality related communication, such as pre install/preconstruction meetings, document reviews, and quality orientations.The Right Tools for the Job
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma; Journeyman Trade Certification or Degree in Engineering or a related field experience is preferred
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of Project Quality Coordinator experience, ideally within industrial or commercial construction
- Software: Proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook. Primavera P6 knowledge (good to have)
