Summary: Prepare, ship and deliver orders to stations, receive resale products and raw materials into inventory, ensure proper documentation is prepared for all transactions and assist in the duties of day to day operations in the warehouse.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: List and describe the duties and responsibilities of this job.

· Prepare and ship finished products to stations

· Ensure proper packaging for shipments

· Cover sales department

· Perform Warehouse Managers duties as required

· Assist in all day-to-day operations including on call rotation for Sales and Warehouse

· Determine best, most cost-effective way to deliver product

· Deliver products to company or customer work site locations in a timely manner

· Assemble TCP product line and other assemblies as required

· Keep warehouse clean and organized and ensure stock levels are adequate and up to date

· Operate company vehicles and machinery

· Maintain inventory, packing, and transfer slip records

· Coordinate with production all orders for Canadian market and US Inter-company shipments

· Verify the correct products and quantities are delivered

· Maintain proper receiving records

· Update transfers to stations

· Prepare weigh-bills, TDG forms and packing slips

· Assist with U.S. shipments as required

EDUCATION: Indicate the minimum level and type of education required for this job.

· High school diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE: Indicate the minimum years and type of experience required for this job.

· Computer experience

· Wireline or oilfield background an asset

· Forklift training

· Front End Loader training

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: List special knowledge, skills and abilities required for this job.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Well organized

· Perform duties under minimal supervision

· Flexible work hours

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: List special certifications, licenses or registrations required to perform this job.

· Criminal Record Check

· Class 5 Drivers License

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
