What do the Customer Service Representatives do:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide accurate, friendly, and solution-focused support
  • Resolve questions, concerns, or complaints with empathy and a calm, professional approach
  • Guide customers through product troubleshooting and help them make the most of their purchases
  • Recommend services, upgrades, and promotional offers tailored to each customer's needs
  • Collect and update billing information, maintain customer billing profiles, and process transactions
  • Manage the full customer journey - from initial order to delivery or service installation
  • Address billing inquiries and handle cancellation requests while aiming to retain customers
  • Spot opportunities to enhance the customer experience and share feedback with the team
  • Attend regular team meetings and stay current with new service updates, tools, and promotions

Customer Service Representative requirements:

  • A diploma or degree in Business, Communications, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people
  • You're available full-time (40 hours/week) and able to work on-site
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for building trust
  • Can think on your feet, solve problems with confidence, and stay composed under pressure
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
  • Work well independently but also enjoy being part of a collaborative team
  • 2-4 years of previous customer service experience is an asset, but we welcome those eager to learn
