T&T Supermarket Inc. was found in 1993 with two stores in BC.  Since then, it has expanded rapidly to become Canada's largest Asian supermarket chain with 29 stores across the country: 13 in Metro Vancouver, 6 in Alberta, and 10 in Ontario (8 in GTA and 1 in Ottawa, 1 in Waterloo).

Major Responsibilities:

1. Provide hands on support and assistance to the Department Head in the following aspects:

(a) Manage and supervise department daily operation and staff's working performance

(b) Provide on-the-job training, shadowing, guidance and supervision to department staff

(c ) Achieve through teamwork the department goals set by the company

2. Oversee product quality, freshness and ensure FIFO is strictly practiced within the department, if applicable

3. Manage department merchandises and promotion items; responsible to ensure fish tanks are clean & well-kept

4. Handle customers' complaints, build rapport with our customers by providing good smile, eye contact and attention to them

5. Conduct quality control during receiving; manage inventory in both the display and walk-in coolers

6. Lead by example by performing all hands on duties required in the Seafood Department
