ESL / EFL Instructor (Part-Time) – Vancouver

GEOS Languages Vancouver is seeking qualified and motivated ESL / EFL instructors to join our academic team and support upcoming student intakes. This role is ideal for teachers looking for stable teaching hours, paid involvement beyond the classroom, and opportunities for professional growth within an international education environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach ESL classes to international students at various proficiency levels
  • Support placement testing and level alignment
  • Maintain an engaging, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment
  • Participate in paid extracurricular activities (conversation clubs, cultural activities, excursions), as needed
  • Collaborate with the academic team to support academic quality and student success

Compensation

  • $22/hour + 4% vacation pay – native English speakers
  • $20/hour + 4% vacation pay – non-native (near-native) English speakers
