Scope of Position:

The Employee Services Administrator supports full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for Seasons Retirement Communities. This role is responsible for the output of strong employer branded job advertisements, campaign management, acts as a conduit for community networking while ensuring efficient workflows, compliance, and positive candidate experience. Responsibilities include managing recruitment administration, pre-boarding processes, community outreach, and reporting on key metrics.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze sourcing trends and recruitment performance; recommend improvements
  • Ensure recruitment related KPI's and souring metrics are compliant
  • Monitor applicant pipelines in the ATS; follow up on stalled requisitions
  • Screen candidates for leadership and hard-to-fill roles; present qualified applicants to hiring leaders
  • Coordinate recruitment marketing initiatives with Marketing and Leadership
  • Lead or assist with special sourcing projects and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in recruitment planning sessions and hiring forecasts
  • Track and report KPIs (speed-to-lead, time in stage, candidate experience, campaign effectiveness, sourcing etc.)
  • Coordinate and lead Meet and Greets and specific recruitment activities at Support Office for vacant and new positions
  • Manage employment offer and pre-boarding workflows and documentation, ensuring timely completion
  • Community Outreach and Employer Branding- Maintain outreach tracker and community partnership records
  • Organize job fairs and outreach events, handle logistics and reporting

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years Human Resources or recruitment experience Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
  • Experience with HRIS, LMS, ATS, and benefits platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and a service-focused approach to all work.
