Job Summary

We are looking for a child caregiver to care for a 13-year-old boy with autism.

The boy is active, he can be aggressive at times, so we require patience from the candidate and experience in working with children with autism.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care at all times.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
  • Assist children with daily routines such as meals, naps, and personal hygiene.
  • Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages children's social interaction and emotional growth.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the classroom or childcare environment.
  • Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs.

Experience

  • Previous experience working with children in a caregiving or educational setting is preferred.
  • A background in early childhood education is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with classroom management techniques and strategies for engaging young learners is beneficial.
  • Experience supporting children with disabilities is a plus, showcasing an ability to educate and adapt to diverse needs.
  • We are only interested in male caregivers due to the aggression and strength of our client.
