We're a small but growing company looking for an experienced
Bookkeeper / Office Administrator
to take ownership of our day-to-day accounting and office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who's detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a hands-on environment where every day brings something new.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, payroll, and bank reconciliations
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, GST/HST, WSIB payments, and foreign exchange transactions
  • Prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) and assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Use
    Microsoft Dynamics 365
    to manage financial data and streamline processes
  • Support year-end activities and liaise with external accountants/auditors
  • Oversee office operations — managing correspondence, supplies, and general administration
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and help keep the office running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

  • 5–7 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
    and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of ADP payroll is an asset
  • A team player who can also work independently and take initiative
