We're a high-energy, rapidly growing automotive shop known for our custom builds, quality repairs, exceptional fleet maintenance, and performance upgrades. We're looking for a Service Advisor who can be the friendly, organized, and knowledgeable connection between our crew and our customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact—welcome customers and assess their vehicle service needs
  • Create clear and accurate work orders that keep everyone on the same page
  • Explain recommended services and repairs with confidence and clarity
  • Provide estimates, get approvals, and keep customers in the loop throughout the process
  • Schedule appointments, manage shop workflow, and keep things moving
  • Work closely with our techs to ensure timely, quality repairs
  • Handle invoicing and payments with attention to detail
  • Keep customer records updated and organized in our shop management system
  • Tackle customer questions or concerns with professionalism and care

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair terminology
  • Top-notch communication and customer service skills
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer is a bonus—but not a must
  • Comfortable using, computers, tablets & shop management software
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • A cool head and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
