We're looking for a Motorcycle Parts & Service Advisor who shares our love for motorcycles and can deliver an exceptional customer experience from the service counter to the workshop floor.

Position Overview:

As the Parts & Service Advisor, you'll be the main point of contact between our customers and technicians. You'll help riders identify the right parts, schedule service work, and ensure every repair or upgrade runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll also help manage parts inventory, support our tech team, and maintain the organized, professional image that defines Zephyr MotoWorks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and discuss their service or parts needs — in person, by phone, and online.

  • Create and manage work orders, estimates, and invoices accurately.

  • Coordinate with technicians to confirm diagnostics, parts requirements, and repair timelines.

  • Source, order, and manage OEM and aftermarket motorcycle parts and accessories.

  • Recommend compatible upgrades, accessories, and maintenance products.

  • Maintain an organized parts area and ensure fast turnaround for customer requests.

  • Follow up with customers about job status, special orders, and service completion.

  • Track inventory, vendor orders, and warranty or return claims as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a motorcycle, powersports, or automotive service environment.

  • Solid understanding of motorcycle mechanics, parts systems, and major brands (Japanese, European, or custom).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced shop.

  • Experience with service management or POS systems

  • Valid motorcycle license (M1/M2/M) strongly preferred.

  • Genuine passion for motorcycles and the rider community.
