Abell Pest Control is looking for a highly accurate and detail-focused Data Entry Administrator to support our growing Accounts Receivable team. This role is dedicated to entering customer invoices into various online portals, setting up new portals, and ensuring information is submitted correctly every time.

We work with over 1,500 customer portals, each with their own structure and requirements, so this position is ideal for someone who enjoys routine, accuracy, and high-volume data tasks.

What You'll Do

  • Enter invoice information into a wide variety of customer portals
  • Set up new customer portals and accounts when required
  • Review customer-specific procedures, submission rules, and payment terms
  • Monitor for rejected invoices (either inside the portal or via email)
  • Communicate with branches or the National Accounts team to correct submission issues
  • Resubmit corrected invoices for approval
  • Perform administrative duties as needed

Note: This role is strictly focused on data entry. Once an invoice is submitted correctly, the AR team handles all payment follow-up.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of strong data entry experience with proven accuracy
  • Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks with attention to detail
  • Comfort working across multiple systems and following customer-specific procedures
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently once trained
  • Strong communication skills for follow-ups with internal teams and customers
  • Experience with invoicing or portals is a strong asset

Work Arrangement

  • First month: In-office for training
  • After training: Hybrid – in office one day per week
