Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. Working alongside Bettina, Head of Customer Service, and Hakan, Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer requests acting as the single point of accountability to ensure each request is properly followed up and fully resolved.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate actions, track progress, and provide clear updates to customers throughout the resolution process.
What You'll Do:
- Own customer requests from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to move cases forward
- Manage multiple open cases simultaneously while maintaining high service quality
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, providing updates and reassurance
- Contribute to a positive customer experience and high satisfaction standards
The ideal candidate brings:
- Experience working with customer support or ticketing systems
- Ability to manage multiple open cases in a fast-paced environment
- A solid customer service background with a problem-solving mindset
- Focus on high-quality support and improving customer satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively with external partners and internal stakeholders while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone
- Strong written communication skills in English and French
- Experience operating a GDS (Amadeus, Worldspan) is an asset

Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Spécialiste du service à la clientèle ayant 1 à 2 ans d'expérience pour rejoindre notre équipe. En collaboration étroite avec Bettina, Directrice du service à la clientèle, et Hakan, Chef de l'exploitation, vous serez responsable de la gestion des demandes clients en agissant comme point de responsabilité unique, afin de garantir que chaque demande soit suivie adéquatement et entièrement résolue.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes afin de coordonner les actions, suivre l'avancement des dossiers et fournir des mises à jour claires aux clients tout au long du processus de résolution.
Vos responsabilités:
- Prendre en charge les demandes clients du début à la fin, en assurant une résolution rapide et précise
- Coordonner les actions avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes afin de faire avancer les dossiers
- Gérer plusieurs dossiers ouverts simultanément tout en maintenant un haut niveau de qualité de service
- Communiquer de manière claire, professionnelle et rassurante avec les clients, en leur fournissant des mises à jour régulières
- Contribuer à une expérience client positive et à des standards élevés de satisfaction
- Expérience avec des systèmes de service à la clientèle ou de gestion de billets (ticketing)
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers dans un environnement dynamique et rapide
- Solide expérience en service à la clientèle avec une approche axée sur la résolution de problèmes
- Souci constant de la qualité du service et de l'amélioration de la satisfaction client
- Capacité à travailler efficacement avec des partenaires externes et des parties prenantes internes, tout en faisant preuve de professionnalisme et d'empathie
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite en anglais et en français
- Expérience avec un GDS (Amadeus, Worldspan) est un atout
