Position: Line Cook/Fry Cook

Responsibilities:

  • Cook a variety of chicken dishes, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Operate kitchen equipment, including fryers, grills, and other tools, with precision.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet customer expectations and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Take customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for every guest.
  • Be a team player, contributing to a positive and upbeat atmosphere within the restaurant.
  • Uphold Nim's Fried Chicken's commitment to excellence in every dish served.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or Fry Cook.
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, grilling, and frying techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate.
  • Positive, upbeat attitude and passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience or willingness to handle cashier duties and assist with customer service.
