Hirez Manpower Solutions Inc. is seeking experienced
Food Service Supervisor
for reputable employers in the food service and hospitality sector across
multiple cities in Canada
. This role is well-suited for culinary professionals who thrive in fast-paced kitchen environments and are committed to delivering consistent, high-quality meals.

Job opportunities are open nationwide, with priority consideration for candidates currently residing in Quebec.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of kitchen and food service staff
  • Ensure food quality, portion control, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards
  • Train and support staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain accurate records
  • Assist in scheduling, resolving customer complaints, and improving service efficiency
  • Maintain operational consistency and ensure adherence to company policies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of work experience or formal education in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Food Services
  • Functional English proficiency (CLB 5 or higher recommended)
  • Ability to perform well in high-pressure environments
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
