Role Overview

We are seeking an Infra and Enterprise Management Technical Product Manager to join our North team, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring North can be deployed in any environment with the best enterprise level controls. Your work will directly impact the enterprise readiness and scalability of our platform, enabling organizations to adopt AI solutions with confidence. This role is ideal for a product manager passionate about infrastructure, security, and deploying AI applications at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Own the multi-environment deployment strategy and execution for cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), on-premise, air-gapped, and hybrid environments.

  • Define the strategy and execute the roadmap for enterprise identity, spanning access management (IAM) solutions and authentication protocols (e.g., OIDC, Oauth 2.0, SCIM, RBAC) and advanced admin controls.

  • Collaborate with engineering, security, and customer-facing teams to design and deliver secure deployment solutions.

  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap for infrastructure and enterprise-management features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices across the platform.

  • Partner with customers to understand their security and enterprise requirements and ensure North meets their needs.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in security, infrastructure, or enterprise software.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise software controls and admin surface areas.

  • Technical familiarity with cloud and on-premise deployment models, security concepts, virtualization, and containerization.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, security, and customer-facing teams across time zones.

  • Persistence and a whatever-it-takes approach to ensure the success of the product.

Nice-to-Haves
  • Proficiency in networking principles and storage technologies.

  • Practical knowledge of Helm charts and Kubernetes deployment patterns.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

  • Understanding of network security (VPCs, firewalls, load balancers, proxies, TLS/mTLS) and data protection mechanisms.

Why Join Cohere?
  • Impact: Shape the future of enterprise AI with a platform that prioritizes security, scalability, and user empowerment.

  • Innovation: Work alongside leading researchers and engineers solving complex ML challenges.

  • Growth: Enjoy competitive compensation, equity options, and opportunities for professional development.

  • Flexibility: Hybrid work model with offices in key global locations.
