As the Site Director, you will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, and execution of security operations, ensuring the safety, professionalism, and efficiency of all personnel and activities on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of all on-site security staff and supervisors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the client's management team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Implement and monitor security protocols, access control, and emergency procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare detailed incident and operational reports for both internal and client review.

  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License (asset).
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License (asset)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large teams in fast-paced, client-focused settings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with proficiency in report writing and scheduling tools.
  • Professional appearance, demeanor, and conduct at all times.
