Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician with 3+ years of experience, particularly in acne management. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping clients achieve clear, healthy skin and thrives in a fast-paced, results-focused medical spa environment. This position is hourly + commision based

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, extractions, and acne-focused protocols.
  • Conduct thorough skin consultations and assessments.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's skin needs.
  • Educate clients on proper skincare routines, products, and home care.
  • Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
  • Collaborate with the spa team to ensure exceptional client experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Medical Aesthetician with minimum 3 years of professional experience.
  • Proven passion and experience in treating acne-prone skin.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced skin treatments and skincare products.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Highly professional, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
