SkinLAB is the sister company to OutLash Beauty Boutique and operates within the same space. SkinLAB offers skin and laser treatments such as facials, Hydrafacials, microneedling, laser hair removal, and more.

We are looking for a medical esthetician with at least one year experience outside of school.
- is reliable, a self-starter, laid-back + and easy to get along with. Cohesiveness with our team is of utmost priority
- Well versed in conducting skin assessments and consultations to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Pays attention to detail and is meticulous in their work
- Has a strong desire to meet client needs
- Open to constructive criticism
- Perform advanced skincare services, including but not limited to: Chemical peels, Microneedling, Laser hair removal, IPL/Photofacials, Facials/Hydrafacials, Dermaplaning

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Educating clients on pre
- and post-treatment care, skincare products, and home routines
- Maintain accurate digital client records and progress tracking
- Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and continuing education
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintaining a strong social media presence through before & after photos, educational posts, stories and reels
- Administrative duties such as scheduling your own clients

This position will start as part-time with up to 15 guaranteed hours per week to start.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
