Join our team as a Total Rewards Specialist In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and managing our comprehensive total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing market competitiveness and retention, while ensuring our practices are consistent, inclusive, and equitable. What You Will Do:
- Design and administer competitive compensation programs.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for compensation and benefits.
- Manage costs and budgets for benefit programs.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure and improve total rewards programs.
- Prepare and present reports on total rewards metrics to executive and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with various departments to align total rewards strategies with business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with employees about the total rewards program.
- Design and implement employee recognition programs.
- Lead annual review and job evaluation processes.
- Monitor and manage internal HRMS systems.
What You Will Bring
- Degree/diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- CEBS or CCP designation required.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
- Preferred experience with unionized workforces.
- Skilled in needs analysis and market benchmarking.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of compensation and benefits principles and regulations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
