We're a performance-focused mortgage team in Calgary. We're not hiring for a "job." We're hiring someone who will own every deal, turn leads into booked conversations, and deliver high-quality underwriting with speed and accuracy. If you like being measured by results, not "busy work," you'll fit in.The mission of what we are doing is to help people clearly understand the benefits and process of using home equity to pay off high interest debt. Our vision is to use home equity as a bridge to a better future for our clients. The clientele we work with typically has bruised credit, requires bank statement income underwriting (I.E., subprime), and live in various parts of Alberta.We are primarily not working with Realtors. If you want to be a mortgage broker, without relying on inconsistent referral sources, keep reading.What You'll Do: Call new leads within minutes of receipt (scripts and training provided). Qualify and book client appointments (tools, scripts and training provided). Complete underwriting review & submission prep Communicate clearly with clients & lenders Hit weekly KPIs (call speed, show rate, submission quality)Outcomes We Care About:Same-day lead contact (within 5 min).40%+ booked call rate from connected leads.
