En tant que commis d'entrepôt, vous serez responsable de préparer, emballer et expédier les commandes des clients ainsi que de recevoir, vérifier et ranger les produits provenant des fournisseurs ou retournés par les clients. Vous contribuerez à offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle grâce à votre souci du détail et votre esprit d'équipe.

Responsabilités principales

  • Respecter toutes les normes de santé et sécurité en vigueur.
  • Charger et décharger les camions; utiliser chariots élévateurs et autres équipements de manutention.
  • Réception :
  • Vérifier les bordereaux d'expédition avec les produits reçus.
  • Identifier les produits endommagés ou les divergences.
  • Saisir les données de réception dans le système informatique.
  • Organiser le stockage des produits standards, spéciaux ou endommagés.
  • Préparation de commandes :
  • Compter, assembler et emballer les produits selon les bons de livraison.
  • Compléter les documents requis pour les livraisons, incluant ceux liés au transport de marchandises dangereuses.
  • Maintenir un environnement propre et sécuritaire.
  • Alerter les responsables de toute anomalie de sécurité ou de stock.
  • Aider au comptoir à l'occasion.
  • Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes au besoin.

Ce que nous recherchons

  • Expérience pertinente en entrepôt.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et service à la clientèle.
  • Bonne capacité d'apprentissage des produits.
  • Capacité à manœuvrer un chariot élévateur (formation offerte si nécessaire).
  • Minutie, rigueur, sens du détail.
  • Compétences de base en mathématiques.
  • Capacité à apprendre un système informatique de gestion de commandes.
  • Diplôme d'études secondaires (souhaité).

Horaire

  • 40 heures par semaine
  • Du lundi au vendredi (quart de jour)

As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing, packing, and shipping customer orders as well as receiving, verifying, and organizing incoming and returned products. Your attention to detail and teamwork will directly contribute to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comply with all health and safety rules and regulations.
  • Load and unload trucks; operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
  • Receiving duties:
  • Match packing slips to incoming products.
  • Identify and report damaged goods or discrepancies.
  • Enter product data into the warehouse system.
  • Sort regular, special order, and damaged items in the correct locations.
  • Order preparation:
  • Pick and pack items according to delivery documentation.
  • Complete paperwork for all deliveries, including those involving dangerous goods.
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
  • Report any safety issues or inventory discrepancies.
  • Assist at the customer counter when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Profit Centre Manager.

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant warehouse experience.
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to learn about our products.
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate a forklift safely.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to use or learn order management software.
  • High school diploma (preferred).

Schedule

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday (day shift)
