THE ROLE: COMMERCIAL FLAT ROOFER

You'll be installing, repairing, and leading work on major commercial & industrial flat roofing systems across the Lower Mainland — SBS, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, metal and more.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Installing and repairing TPO, PVC, EPDM, SBS, Torch-on, and BUR systems
  • Working on commercial, industrial, and multi-residential projects
  • Ensuring high-quality workmanship, clean job sites, and safe practices
  • Supporting foremen and superintendents with smooth project execution
  • Following Raven's systems and contributing to a strong team culture

REQUIREMENTS

  • Certified applicator with major commercial roofing systems (SBS, EPDM, TPO)
  • 3+ years in commercial roofing (mandatory)
  • Red Seal (Roofer, Damp & Waterproofer) is an asset
  • Ability to operate vehicles, tools, and equipment safely
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Fluent in English — written & verbal
  • Valid driver's license (personal transportation an asset)
  • Able to complete paperwork and site documentation accurately
