Pay: $20–$28 per hour (based on experience, efficiency, and quality of work)

About the Role

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our caring team. This role involves working independently or with a partner in clients' homes, providing general, deep, and move-out cleanings.

Typical Schedule:

  • Primary Days: Wednesday, and Thursday
  • Additional Availability: Monday, Tuesday and Friday (as needed)
  • Hours per Week: 8–15, with opportunities for additional hours in the future for the right candidate.
  • Occasional weekend or short-notice shifts may be available for move-out cleans (advance notice provided)

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed cleaning of residential homes and move-outs
  • Follow company checklists and uphold quality standards
  • Communicate clearly with team members and clients
  • Handle cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain professionalism and care in every home

Requirements

  • Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (vehicle use compensated)
  • Completion of a Criminal Record Check (required)
  • Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs)
  • Dependable, honest, and positive attitude
