Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Regional Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Regional Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing, scheduling and managing our janitorial staff, ensuring that all cleaning operations are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of janitorial staff, including onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, optimizing resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
  • Encourage a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the management team and our clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Covering general cleaning duties and performing specialized cleaning duties when required.
  • Complete Overtime when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the janitorial or facility management industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
  • Knowledge of janitorial equipment, chemicals, and cleaning techniques.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, phone applications and writing professional emails.
  • Clean Criminal Record
  • Driver's license with a clean driving abstract.

Shift Schedule

  • Monday to Friday (430PM-1230AM)
