APERÇU DU POSTE
En tant qu'analyste d'affaires ERP, vous agirez comme principal lien entre les équipes d'affaires et nos systèmes ERP (actuellement Quantum de Component Control). Vous serez responsable d'optimiser les modules, d'assurer les intégrations, de créer des rapports pertinents et de soutenir les améliorations de processus dans les domaines de la maintenance, de l'inventaire et des finances.
Responsabilités:
- Configurer, maintenir et soutenir les modules ERP (maintenance, achats, réparations, inventaire, finances).
- Collaborer avec les fournisseurs et consultants pour les mises à jour, correctifs et dépannage.
- Concevoir et optimiser des rapports et tableaux de bord (SQL, Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau).
- Gérer les intégrations entre systèmes via API, EDI ou intergiciels.
- Assurer l'intégrité et la conformité des données maîtres.
- Créer de la documentation, offrir de la formation et du soutien aux utilisateurs.
- Identifier les occasions d'amélioration des processus et appuyer les audits informatiques.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Maintenance, Chaîne d'approvisionnement, Finances et TI.
Qualifications:
- Baccalauréat en technologies de l'information, informatique ou administration des affaires.
- 5+ ans d'expérience en soutien de systèmes ERP d'entreprise ou MRO (idéalement Quantum).
- Maîtrise de SQL et d'outils de création de rapports (Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau).
- Solides compétences en gestion de fournisseurs, coordination de projets et communication.
Atouts :
- Expérience avec des ERP tels que Quantum, SAP, Oracle, Infor ou Dynamics.
- Connaissance des modules de maintenance, achats, réparations et inventaire.
- Familiarité avec les plateformes d'intégration (API, EDI, Mulesoft) et outils ITSM (ServiceNow).
- Bonne compréhension des pratiques ETL, de la gestion des données maîtres et du contrôle de version (Git).

JOB OVERVIEW
As an ERP Business Analyst, you'll be the bridge between business teams and ERP systems (currently Quantum by Component Control). You'll configure and optimize ERP modules, lead integrations, create insightful reporting, and support process improvements across maintenance, inventory, and finance operations.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and support ERP modules (maintenance, purchasing, repair, inventory, finance).
- Collaborate with vendors and consultants for upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and enhance reports and dashboards (SQL, Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau).
- Manage integrations across systems via APIs, EDI, or middleware.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance through master-data management.
- Provide training, documentation, and user support.
- Identify process improvements and assist with IT audits.
- Partner closely with Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business.
- 5+ years' experience supporting enterprise or MRO ERP systems (ideally Quantum).
- Proficient in SQL and reporting tools (Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong vendor management, project coordination, and communication skills.
Preferred assets:
- Experience with Quantum, SAP, Oracle, Infor, or Dynamics.
- Familiarity with Maintenance, Purchasing, Repair, and Inventory modules.
- Knowledge of APIs, EDI, Mulesoft, or ITSM tools (ServiceNow).
- Understanding of ETL, master data management, and version control (Git).
