Ultra Dépôt recherche un soudeur pour se joindre à son équipe de modification de conteneurs. En plus d'entreposer, d'inspecter et de réparer des conteneurs maritimes pour l'industrie maritime, nous avons commencé à vendre et à louer des conteneurs maritimes. Dans certains cas, la vente de conteneurs maritimes nécessite également la modification d'équipements pour répondre aux besoins de l'utilisateur final.

Le titulaire du poste sera chargé d'aider le superviseur des modifications de conteneurs à maintenir une qualité de produit élevée tout en respectant des délais stricts. Responsabilités

  • Installer des portes à enroulement, des fenêtres, des portes piétonnes, etc.

  • Interpréter les schémas d'atelier et les bons de travail

  • Exécuter les modifications en fonction des documents susmentionnés et des instructions du superviseur

  • Participer au développement de solutions uniques répondant aux critères de conception du client

  • Participer à la finition des conteneurs (montage, installation des panneaux muraux et de plafond intérieurs)

  • Peinture des pièces finies ou des projets complets

Qualifications et profil

  • Soudeur (MIG et SMAW)

  • Permis de conduire classe 5

  • Permis de cariste (non requis, mais un atout)

Job Title: Welder

Department: Container Modifications

Reports to: Supervisor – Container Modifications

Location: Montreal

Summary

Ultra Depot is seeking a Welder to join our container modification team. In addition to storing,

inspecting and repairing shipping containers for the marine industry, we have started to sell and lease

shipping containers. In certain cases the sales of shipping containers also requires modifying equipment

to the meet the end user's needs.

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting the Supervisor of Container Modifications

maintain a high product quality while meeting strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Installer roll up doors, windows, man doors etc.

  • Interpret shop diagram and work orders

  • Execute modifications based on the aforementioned documents and the supervisor's instructions

  • Help develop unique solutions to meet customer design criteria

  • Assist with container finishings (studding, installation of interior wall and ceiling panels)

  • Painting finished parts or complete projects

Qualifications and Profile

  • Welder (MIG & SMAW)

  • Class 5 drivers license

  • Fork lift license (not required but an asset)
