Job Title: Experienced Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Experienced Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in crafting cocktails, with a strong ability to serve customers with excellence, uphold high standards, and provide leadership to junior staff.

Responsibilities:

  • .Create and serve a range of classic cocktails, wines, and other beverages.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, offering recommendations and taking orders with professionalism.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all workstations meet health and safety standards.
  • Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff members, offering guidance and training to support their growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth and efficient bar operations.
  • Adapt and improve standard operating procedures to optimize service quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bartender, with expertise in liqours and classic cocktails.
  • Strong knowledge of bar operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
