THE OPPORTUNITY:

Join as a technical co-founder to solve a multi-million dollar pain point in visual effects and real-time productions. Our novel approach targets 100x+ speedups on some of the most computationally expensive tasks.

YOUR ROLE (Technical Co-Founder, 50/50):

Own the technical vision and lead the architecture of our core AI engine based on synthesis of multiple SOTA research papers.

Review and implement the training and data-processing pipelines.

Lead the integration with production softwares.

Drive the optimization of our models for interactive inference performance.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND:

Academic Foundation: PhD/Masters in Physics, Applied Math, CS, or a related field is preferred. We care more about what you've built than where you studied. Exceptional candidates a portfolio of groundbreaking projects are strongly encouraged.

Core Knowledge: Deep, first-principles understanding of PDEs, numerical methods, and optimization.

Implementation Fluency: Expert-level skills in PyTorch / JAX. Experience with differentiable programming and / or differentiable rendering is a major plus.

Domain Curiosity: A genuine interest in computer graphics, rendering, or physical simulation.

IDEAL BACKGROUND (Nice to Have):

Direct experience in computer graphics / path tracing.

Production knowledge of VFX, animation, or game engine pipelines.

GPU programming interest.

COMPENSATION:

Co-Founder Equity: A true 50/50 equity split.

Initial Phase (Pre-Seed): This is a equity-focused role until we close our initial funding round. We have a clear plan to secure pre-seed/seed funding to cover competitive salaries within the first 6 months.

Funding Strategy: The immediate goal is to complete the MVP, secure our first pilot customers, and then jointly raise a formal round from our network of interested VCs.

Early Revenue: You will share in all revenue from the first dollar, including from initial pilot programs.

LOCATION:

Remote-first.

Candidates in North American or European time zones preferred for collaboration, but all are welcome.
