Role Description

This is a
full-time, equity-based role
based in
Montreal, QC
for a
Technical Co-Founder
. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of
AI-driven solutions
that optimize clinical and administrative workflows.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building and scaling internal tools and AI integrations
  • Overseeing the technical architecture and infrastructure
  • Collaborating with the executive team to shape product direction and growth strategy
  • Leading and mentoring future developers or technical hires
  • Ensuring system reliability, compliance, and scalability

You'll be working closely with the founder to bring early-stage products from concept to deployment and have a
significant impact on technical direction and equity structure
.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in
    software engineering
    (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, )
  • Experience with
    AI tools
    (Hugging face, Cursor, Whisper, claude code... or similar)
  • Excellent
    analytical
    and
    problem-solving
    skills
  • Strong
    communication
    and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proven
    leadership
    experience or interest in growing into a CTO-level role
  • Familiarity with
    healthcare technology
    or workflow automation (an asset)
  • Bachelor's or Master's in
    Computer Science, Engineering
    , or related field
  • Experience in
    startup environments
    is a plus
