Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service & Warranty Manager to oversee the service & warranty process and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will manage warranty claims, coordinate with service teams, and develop strategies to improve warranty processes. This role is essential in maintaining the company's reputation for quality and reliability while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Schedule service calls, order parts if required & invoice for work performed
- Deal directly with customers
- Answer phones & file paperwork
- Manage and process warranty claims efficiently, ensuring timely resolution for customers.
- Review warranty documentation and verify claim eligibility based on company policies.
- Collaborate with service technicians, suppliers, and other departments to resolve service & warranty issues.
- Develop and implement warranty policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding warranty status and resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of all warranty claims, decisions, and follow-up actions for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warranty management or a related customer service role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends for process improvements.
- Knowledge of warranty policies, procedures, and relevant industry standards.
- Proficiency in using MS office, excel, outlook
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners to resolve issues efficiently.
- Quickbooks online knowledge is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
