House of Sweat is one of the fastest-growing in-home personal training companies in the GTA. We are a young, fun, and exciting company to work for. We are looking for top-tier talent that can deliver and are looking to grow within the company.

House of Sweat is currently looking for in-home personal trainers available to work in the Vaughan (Woodbridge) area. The in-home personal trainer is one that is eager, has a highly motivated personality, and is interested in helping clients achieve their goals. The individual is one that holds a personal training certificate and preferably has a kinesiology background.

The in-home personal trainer does not necessarily have sales experience but strives to deliver excellent customer service.

Our clients expect excellent communication, motivation, support, and accountability so it is highly important that the personal trainer meet these expectations first and foremost.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to follow company's certification requirements, policies and procedures including client privacy and code of conduct
  • Ability to deliver customized exercise plans through our online database
  • Must make sure client is informed, encouraged, motivated and happy
  • Must make sure client needs are met by responding to clients (within 2 hours) and through continuous follow-up messages
  • Expected to under promise and over deliver on client expectations ensuring they are provided with extreme amount of value

Experience and Requirements:

  • Must have at least 2 years' experience in the personal training industry
  • At least 2 years customer service experience
  • Must hold a valid personal training certificate (PTS, FIS, CSEP, CPTN, Poliquin, C.H.E.K, CSCS)
  • Kinesiology background preferred
  • Experience working with diverse clientele (including clients that have current and past injuries)
  • Must be highly organized to handle several client profiles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with little supervision
