Your Responsibilities as a Junior Accountant & CSR
- Record and maintain financial transactions in accounting systems (QBO)
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Maintain organized records and documentation for audits
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data
- Perform basic administrative tasks related to finance
- Assist with invoicing, follow up with accounts receivable, and CSR
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Internship or prior experience in an accounting role
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Good and professional English communication skills

Benefits & Pay
The pay range for this position is $22 to $24 an hour, depending on your experience.
