Junior Accountant

Your Responsibilities as a Junior Accountant & CSR

• Record and maintain financial transactions in accounting systems (QBO)
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Maintain organized records and documentation for audits
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data
• Perform basic administrative tasks related to finance
• Assist with invoicing, follow up with accounts receivable, and CSR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Internship or prior experience in an accounting role
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Good and professional English communication skills

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $22 to $24 an hour, depending on your experience.
