About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Content Producer to support both Mann & Co Bakeshop and Chef Jujhar Mann. This is a creative, fast-moving role ideal for someone who loves visual storytelling, understands modern branding, and can take initiative without needing constant direction.

You will work closely with Chef Jujhar to plan, film, and edit content for two brands one focused on modern heritage cakes, and one on refined, educational dessert content.

Responsibilities

Content Production

  • Film high-quality video content (Reels, TikToks)
  • Photograph products, BTS, and brand visuals
  • Edit short-form videos with clean, modern aesthetic
  • Create simple graphic assets in Canva

Strategy & Planning

  • Build monthly content calendars for both brands
  • Develop caption drafts with storytelling or brand voice
  • Suggest content concepts aligned with brand goals
  • Stay on top of trends (without relying on tacky content)

Execution & Posting

  • Schedule posts via Later or Meta Business Suite
  • Organize and manage content folders
  • Upload content in correct formats

  • Bring ideas, not just execute tasks
  • Eye for detail (composition, lighting, framing)

Qualifications

  • Experience filming and editing short-form video
  • Strong understanding of Instagram + TikTok content
  • Proficient in Canva
  • Portfolio demonstrating clean, modern creative style
  • Reliable, organized, proactive
  • Food content experience is a strong asset

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Apprenticeship

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Surrey, BC V3W 2L2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
