Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, passionate, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced role with long hours, designed for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys going the extra mile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and service issues.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic communication to resolve problems and exceed expectations.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Accurately manage customer records, orders, and documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and reliability.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience (transportation/logistics industry a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong
    detail-oriented mindset
    — able to manage data, documents, and client requests with accuracy.
  • Ability to
    handle long hours
    and adapt to a demanding schedule.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management software.
