As we continue to expand across North America, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Grants & Research Coordinator to support our funding, research, and administrative initiatives.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Brampton, Ontario, Monday through Friday.

Role Overview

The Grants & Research Coordinator will be primarily responsible for grant research, grant writing support, and general administrative coordination, with a strong focus on identifying funding opportunities related to electric vehicles, EV charging infrastructure, renewable energy, energy storage, sustainability, and clean technology across North America.

The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong research capabilities, and hands-on familiarity with grant applications, reporting, and compliance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Grant Research & Funding Support (Primary Focus):

  • Research and identify new grant and funding opportunities related to electric vehicles, EV charging infrastructure, battery systems, renewable energy, energy storage, grid modernization, and sustainability initiatives across North America.
  • Monitor grant portals, government programs, utilities, and industry funding sources for eligibility criteria, deadlines, and updates.
  • Support the preparation, writing, and submission of grant applications.
  • Track submitted grants, deadlines, reporting obligations, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with post-award reporting and documentation.

Research & Data Coordination:

  • Conduct structured research related to EV markets, renewable energy systems, and energy storage trends.
  • Compile findings into clear reports and presentations.

Administrative & Cross-Functional Support:

  • Maintain organized grant files and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage multiple priorities with accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in grant research or coordination.
  • Familiarity with grant applications and compliance tracking.
  • Proficiency with MS 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Strong research and written communication skills.
  • Interest in EVs, renewable energy, or energy storage is an asset.
