As we continue to expand across North America, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Grants & Research Coordinator to support our funding, research, and administrative initiatives.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Brampton, Ontario, Monday through Friday.

**Role Overview**

The Grants & Research Coordinator will be primarily responsible for grant research, grant writing support, and general administrative coordination, with a strong focus on identifying funding opportunities related to electric vehicles, EV charging infrastructure, renewable energy, energy storage, sustainability, and clean technology across North America.

**Key Responsibilities**

Grant Research & Funding Support (Primary Focus):

- Research and identify new grant and funding opportunities related to electric vehicles, EV charging infrastructure, battery systems, renewable energy, energy storage, grid modernization, and sustainability initiatives across North America.
- Monitor grant portals, government programs, utilities, and industry funding sources for eligibility criteria, deadlines, and updates.
- Track submitted grants, deadlines, reporting obligations, and compliance requirements.
- Assist with post-award reporting and documentation.

**Research & Data Coordination**:

- Conduct structured research related to EV markets, renewable energy systems, and energy storage trends.
- Compile findings into clear reports and presentations.

**Administrative & Cross-Functional Support**:

- Maintain organized grant files and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Manage multiple priorities with accuracy.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 2-3 years of experience in grant research or coordination.
- Proficiency with MS 365 and Google Workspace.
- Strong research and written communication skills.
- Interest in EVs, renewable energy, or energy storage is an asset.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
