We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Coordinator to oversee and optimize our inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient warehouse operations, and seamless supply chain flow. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, utilizing advanced data analysis tools and supply chain management strategies to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inventory replenishment and maintain optimal stock levels
  • Manage non-stock items and direct purchases with cost control in mind
  • Work with procurement, operations, and planning teams to forecast inventory needs
  • Monitor safety stock and inventory performance
  • Participate in supply chain optimization, vendor evaluation, and process improvement
  • Assist with ERP system updates, testing, and digital inventory tools
  • Support operational excellence and complete other assigned tasks

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of inventory or supply chain experience
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Full-time, Fixed term contract

CA$25.00-CA$35.00 per hour
