who can own and scale our acquisition engine while wearing multiple (stylish) hats.

What You'll Be Doing:

Performance & Digital Marketing

  • Run, monitor, and optimize paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and search (Google Ads) campaigns
  • Own A/B testing strategy across creatives, landing pages, and ad copy
  • Track and improve CPA, CAC, CTR, ROAS, and LTV—constantly
  • Manage paid budget and funnel performance weekly
  • Keyword listing and SEO strategy
  • Hook strategy for content generation

Growth & Acquisition Strategy

  • Own the full customer acquisition funnel from awareness to conversion
  • Build and execute influencer and affiliate marketing programs
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and freelancers to generate high-converting assets
  • Drive D2C eCommerce growth (Shopify, subscription models, email/SMS flows via Klaviyo)

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with product, hardware, and customer success teams to align messaging with user insights
  • Leverage user data to refine segmentation, retention strategies, and lifecycle campaigns
  • Support PR and community-building efforts to amplify brand trust

Reporting & Optimization

  • Set and report on KPIs, including CAC, retention, churn, and LTV
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights and growth experiments
  • Present results and learnings directly to leadership

Who You Are:

  • 3–6 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing (ideally in a D2C startup)
  • Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and e-commerce platforms
  • Comfortable balancing data with creativity
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited about women's health tech
  • Bonus: You've worked on a wearable, health, or hardware product launch before
