Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to work with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements.
  • Experience documenting and mapping workforce management processes.
  • Designing scalable and sustainable WFS solutions that align with client needs.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workforce Solutions modules (Time and Attendance, Absence, Integrations)
  • Experience managing and motivating remote or distributed teams.
  • WFS/UKG/Kronos Certifications: Official certifications in relevant modules.
  • Must be certified in Workforce Software or has experience working with Workforce Software

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading or supporting the implementation of WFS solutions for clients.
  • Designing system configurations for Time and Attendance, Absence Management, and Integrations.
  • Managing remote or offshore teams of consultants, analysts, or developers.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for WFS products and best practices.
  • Liaising between clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Managing teams remotely
  • Able to design WFM solution

You must currently reside within Canada and have legal working status.
