Stylist / Keyholder – Pilgrim Jewelry - Toronto Eaton Centre

We're looking for a passionate, customer-focused
Stylist
to join our Pilgrim team at Toronto Eaton Centre. As a Stylist, you'll bring our jewelry collections to life by creating memorable shopping experiences, inspiring customers with styling tips, and driving sales through exceptional service.

What you'll do:

  • Welcome customers and provide personalized styling advice.
  • Encourage try-ons and introduce new collections, promotions, and piercings.
  • Drive sales by building connections, suggesting add-ons, and meeting KPIs.
  • Maintain visual standards, restock, and ensure the store is always guest-ready.
  • Work collaboratively with the team, supporting or being one of the MODs, as well as fellow Stylists on the floor.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • A passion for fashion, jewelry, and styling.
  • Confidence in customer service and sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.
