Role:
We are seeking an experienced
Enterprise Project Manager (EPM)
to join our
Digital Transformation Program
, a multi-year initiative modernizing business systems, processes, and data capabilities across our manufacturing operations in Canada. The EPM will lead critical enterprise projects—most notably the
Data Foundation Project
, which includes establishing enterprise data governance and deploying a modern data platform.

The EPM will also lead or manage dependencies across other key program initiatives, including the CMMS Implementation Project, the Process Governance Project, the ERP (Syspro) Implementation Project, the WMS/MES Implementation Project, and the EDI Transformation Project.

Our organization is continuing to grow, and the ideal candidate will play a long-term role in leading enterprise projects and strategic initiatives that support and enable that growth.

This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader capable of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives that involve business stakeholders, IT teams, and multiple solution vendors. The ideal candidate will bring deep project management expertise, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable technology outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, from planning through deployment and stabilization
  • Ensure alignment with overall Digital Transformation objectives, timelines, and governance structures
  • Collaborate closely with business units across Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and IT
  • Facilitate workshops, steering committee updates, and decision-making sessions with executive sponsors and project stakeholders
  • Manage relationships and contracts with multiple enterprise solution vendors and system integrators
  • Oversee vendor performance, scope adherence, and integration activities between vendor solutions and internal systems
  • Coordinate interdependencies with other projects in the Digital Transformation Program
  • Contribute to overall program planning, reporting, risk management, and change control
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Apply project management best practices (waterfall or hybrid) to ensure successful delivery
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change requests

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or ITIL certifications considered an asset
  • 8+ years of progressive project management experience, including at least 3 years managing large-scale enterprise IT or digital transformation projects
  • Hands-on experience managing technology implementations involving enterprise software vendors and systems integrators
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in manufacturing, industrial, or asset-intensive environments preferred
  • Familiarity with data governance, data platforms, or analytics modernization projects preferred

$100,000 - $125,000 a year
