Our client a well-established and growing independent wealth management practice is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Associate to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to grow their career in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing a portfolio of clients to support relationship retention and growth.

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service in all client interactions.

  • Respond to day-to-day client requests and inquiries, including money movement (e.g., wires, transfers), account updates, and technology-related support.

  • Generate reports and documentation for advisors and clients as required.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases and files.

  • Ensure compliance with internal risk management and privacy protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.

  • Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build and maintain effective client relationships.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary: $55,000 – $70,000 per year (commensurate with experience).

  • Additional variable compensation may be available (e.g., bonuses, revenue sharing).
