About the Role

This is a leadership position for someone ready to shape a division's future. As General Manager, you'll guide a business with a strong starting point and clear opportunities for expansion. You'll define priorities, strengthen customer partnerships, and move the division toward long-term, sustainable growth.

You'll oversee the full operation, including sales performance, day-to-day execution, customer service standards, and financial results. Collaboration will be central to the role, as you work with senior leadership and teams across the organization to ensure alignment and momentum.

About You

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in the industrial chemical or manufacturing sector

  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
  • Knowledge of bulk chemical handling, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
