Edmonton, Alberta, Canada North Edge Dental Full time
Dental Team Lead / Practice Manager

Turn Your Dental Experience Into Leadership That Makes a Difference

You know how a dental practice really runs — the pace, the pressure, the people, and the patients. You're ready to step into a leadership role where your dental knowledge is respected, your voice matters, and your impact is felt every single day.

About the Opportunity

We are a growing dental organization with two established practices in Alberta — one in Edmonton and one in Red Deer. We're looking for a Dental Team Lead / Practice Manager with hands-on dental office experience who can confidently lead teams, improve systems, and support both staff and doctors. This role offers stability, growth, and the opportunity to shape how our practices operate.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and support dental administrative and clinical teams with confidence and empathy

  • Oversee daily dental office operations, schedules, and workflows

  • Act as a key liaison between doctors, team members, and leadership

  • Coach and mentor staff to maintain high standards of patient care and teamwork

  • Identify operational gaps and implement improvements across both locations

Who We're Looking For
  • Proven dental office experience (administration, office management, or clinical coordination)

  • A respected leader who understands dental workflows, terminology, and patient flow

  • Strong communicator who can guide, coach, and resolve issues professionally

  • Organized, calm, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced dental environment

  • Someone who leads with accountability, compassion, and consistency

Why This Role Matters

Your dental background gives you credibility — your leadership will give the team direction. In this role, you'll help build structure, confidence, and a positive culture across two practices. You'll be shaping not just schedules and systems, but careers, team morale, and patient experiences.

Ready to Step Into Dental Leadership?

If you have dental office experience and you're ready to lead with purpose, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and grow your dental career with us.
