**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct engaging yoga classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring safety and proper technique.
- Educate students about the principles of yoga, including alignment, breathing techniques, and mindfulness.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation and fosters community among students.
- Ensure the safety of both participants and cats during the session.
- Gently manage any distractions caused by curious or playful cats.
- Communicate effectively with students to understand their needs and provide personalized feedback.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space before and after classes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and fostering positive relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on yoga trends, techniques, and continuing education opportunities.

**Skills**
- Certified yoga instructor with a solid understanding of various yoga styles and techniques.
- Comfortable working around cats and understanding their behavior.
- Ability to ensure the safety and comfort of both participants and cats during the session.
- Proficient in English; bilingual abilities in French or other languages are a plus.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate students during classes.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure classes start and end on schedule.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse groups of individuals.
- Exceptional customer service skills to create a positive experience for all participants.
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and the practice of yoga.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
