Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Education Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and supporting educational programs that meet the diverse needs of our learners. The Education Specialist will be instrumental in fostering an engaging learning experience while ensuring excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver educational content tailored to various audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement.
  • Utilize data entry and analysis skills to monitor learner progress and program effectiveness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing learner inquiries via phone and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist with upselling additional educational services or programs to enhance learner engagement and program growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of participant information, attendance, and feedback using data management systems.
  • Apply strong communication skills and phone etiquette to facilitate smooth interactions with clients, partners, and team members.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve program offerings based on feedback and analysis insights.

Experience

  • Proven experience in education, training, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills coupled with analysis capabilities to interpret educational metrics effectively.
  • Background in sales or upselling educational products or services is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone and written correspondence.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in a role requiring analysis skills, communication excellence, and a customer-focused approach is highly desirable. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.35-$48.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
