Building Maintenance Technician Required for Beaumont, AB

Acoustical and Total Cleaning Services Co. Is looking for a building maintenance technician to perform a variety of duties in their facility in Beaumont, AB

Day Shift - 7:00am-3:30 pm

Power Engineer 5th Class Certification required

Some duties include:

  • 2 times per day maintenance checks on boiler system

-checking HVAC and air mover systems

-minor repair of appliances

  • minor repair of furniture, or building furniture, as needed

-set up and take down of events as needed

  • maintaining building cleanliness through janitorial duties such as:

  • sweeping and washing floors

  • vacuuming carpeted areas
  • sanitizing of bathrooms-refilling soap and paper dispensers
  • sanitizing of kitchen spaces - refilling soap and paper dispensers
  • sanitizing of desks, chairs, counters, cabinets, sheving
  • garbage removal and replace liners
  • recycle removal as needed
  • cleaning of all interior glass and partition glass

-other duties as needed

Clear criminal record check is required - Vulnerable sector check is required
