The Role

We're looking for an innovative and entrepreneurial Product Manager to explore and drive new product directions for Time Doctor's data-rich SaaS platform.

You'll focus on identifying unmet market needs, designing strategies, and building products that deliver breakthrough value — especially through AI-powered insights and automation. This is a high-impact, experimental role ideal for someone who thrives on hypothesis-driven innovation and rapid iteration.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Discovery

Identify new opportunities in markets Time Doctor doesn't yet serve

Build strategies and roadmaps with a focus on AI-driven value creation

Use work activity data to uncover insights and automate workflows

Rapidly test hypotheses, validate assumptions, and iterate quickly

Execution & Delivery

Define features and roadmap priorities aligned with business goals

Partner with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver value

Communicate directly with customers to validate solutions

Lead end-to-end delivery of new products and MVPs

Enablement & Growth

Maintain clear product documentation and internal training materials

Support customer education and continuous improvement initiatives
