Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to foster long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction-related sales, project management, and negotiation, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and driving business growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients within the construction industry.
  • Present and promote our products and services, including construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid.
  • Understand client project requirements and provide accurate pricing, leveraging skills in construction estimating and project management.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure favorable terms while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, bids, and project plans utilizing Bluebeam and other project management software.
  • Track sales activities, prepare reports, and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the company's presence in the construction sector.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of construction estimating processes and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly.
  • Ability to understand client needs quickly and propose suitable solutions aligned with company offerings. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
