About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Director, Media Analytics & Insights to build, shape, and elevate JOLT's media intelligence ecosystem across two of JOLT's most important growth markets: North America and the UK. This role sits within the Marketing department, and is a hands-on, strategic, and client-facing role for a commercial data leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys switching between big-picture strategy and deep analytical work. If you love solving ambiguous problems, crafting powerful data-led stories, and being at the center of sales, marketing, product, and strategy this role offers the opportunity to directly influence how JOLT grows globally.
This role reports to the Global Marketing Director, with a dotted line into the Head of Revenue & Market Growth, North America
Build JOLT's Media Intelligence Platform- Design, implement, and continuously evolve JOLT's audience intelligence and measurement ecosystem across North America & the UK.
- Develop tools, workflows, and frameworks that power planning, optimization, measurement, and commercial strategy.
- Embed insight-driven processes that strengthen pitches, campaigns, and revenue outcomes.
- Lead responsible AI adoption within JOLT's media intelligence stack.
- Build models and tools that lift campaign performance and audience understanding.
- Enhance capabilities across mobility, behavior analytics, and full-funnel measurement.
- Own the audience and market insight strategy for JOLT across the U.S., Canada, and the UK.
- Translate complex datasets into crisp, compelling insights for agencies and brands.
- Use fused datasets to elevate RFPs, pitches, and proactive market opportunities.
- Serve as the senior data storyteller in-market across these regions.
- Present confidently to agencies, advertisers, and senior stakeholders.
- Turn raw data into simple, powerful narratives that differentiate JOLT.
- Identify and support the onboarding of measurement, data, and attribution partners.
- Ensure integrations increase accuracy, modeling strength, and commercial value.
- Build intuitive dashboards, tools, and internal playbooks.
- Coach and enable sales, marketing, and strategy teams in audience intelligence.
- Help shape the future of JOLT's media intelligence capabilities as we scale.
- 8–10 years/+ experience in data strategy, audience intelligence, media insights, or analytics ideally with experience in DOOH, ad tech, or programmatic environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Strong analytical ability paired with commercial intuition.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, especially with agencies and brand teams.
- Comfort working hands-on with large datasets and spreadsheets.
- Experience creating dashboards using tools such as Tableau or similar.
- Ability to simplify complex data and turn it into actionable recommendations.
- Calm judgment, initiative, and the ability to operate across multiple time zones.
- Experience with audience modeling, attribution, mobility data, or media measurement is a plus.
- High EQ, strong communication skills, and the ability to elevate the people around you.
